As much as we love multiple births, we must not forget that they demand vigilance and extra care or you will lose them! We just welcomed four new kids, but by on day two, the last-born is already fighting an eye issue and rattling with mucus in her lungs, a reminder that you cannot just walk away after a delivery. It really comes down to management. Round the clock observation is required. Luckily we noticed early and thanks to our doctor we got help.
