By taking climate dialogue to Francistown and Maun, this initiative ensures that young people are not just participants — but contributors to Botswana’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC 3.0).

This is about connecting global climate commitments to local realities, and turning youth ideas into practical, community-driven solutions.

Khawa Dune challenge postponed

Incepta Communications, acting as the event manager of the Khawa Dune Challenge and Cultural Festival on behalf of the Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) and its partners, wishes to inform members of the public, sponsors, stakeholders, participants, media, and the people of Botswana that the 2026 edition of the Khawa Dune Challenge & Cultural Festival, originally scheduled for 15–17 May 2026, has been postponed to 2027.
