Today, Wine Smith had the privilege of hosting bartending students from the Cayo Centre for Employment Training, funded by the OAS. From glass types and varietals to food pairing and customer presentation, these students got a hands-on crash course in wine etiquette. Hospitality is a world full of opportunity — and we hope today planted a seed that grows into something great.
