It was an absolute honor for us at Andrea's Chocolate to attend the Crique Jute Primary School Standard 6 Graduation June 23rd!
We were deeply humbled to be invited as the guest speakers for the graduating class of 2026. Sharing our journey through the lens of entrepreneurship with these bright, inspiring young minds was an unforgettable experience.
The class motto truly speaks to the heart of what we believe:
"Believe in yourself, dream big, work hard, and never stop learning. The future is yours to create."
To the graduates: Your journey is just beginning. Treat every challenge as a lesson, remain curious, and never let go of your big dreams. Thank you to the faculty, parents, community leaders and students of Crique Jute Primary for welcoming us so warmly and letting us play a small part in your big milestone. The future is yours to shape!

We extend our sincere gratitude to Minister Osmond Martinez (Toledo East) and the distinguished delegation of tourism experts from the World Bank for visiting us here at Andrea’s Chocolate. It was an honor to share our insights and be included in the vital discussions regarding the Local Economic Development (LED) and future tourism packages for the Toledo District.
We are incredibly proud to align with Minister Martinez’s forward-thinking vision for sustainable economic growth. As a 100% Maya Belizean woman-owned enterprise rooted in the beautiful village of San Miguel, we believe that empowering local, community-led initiatives is key to building an inclusive and thriving tourism sector for southern Belize.
Thank you, Minister Martinez, and Minister Oscar Requena for your leadership, advocacy, and dedication to our communities. We welcome everyone to experience the magic of our traditional cacao heritage.

The summit is a major gathering of environmental leaders, policymakers, and conservation organizations focused on the future of Belize's natural resources.

We weren’t put on this earth just to pass through it.
We are here to work the ground, shape the atmosphere, and prepare something better for those coming after us.
A morning in the corn field reminded me of a truth my father has always lived and taught:
“You are not here merely to live in your environment; you are here to cultivate it, improve it, and leave it better than you found it.”
Leadership isn’t always in boardrooms. Sometimes it’s in muddy boots, early mornings, and teaching the next generation how to build a future.

We are honored to be among 29 entrepreneurs selected for the Belize Enterprise Empowerment Project (BEEP) Seed Capital Award which follows a period of tailored training focused on improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and strengthening financial literacy.

We are also proud that this initiative strongly supports women in business, with 21 of the grants awarded to women entrepreneurs. This grant will be instrumental in helping us grow and continue delivering the quality chocolate our customers love.
