In the past, the traditional agriculture consisted of an integrated polyculture farming, sustainable organic gardens and forest foods. Ignacio settled down on a 20-acres property about 60 years ago. With the help of his forefathers’ wisdom, he started fa

The Mayas believed that we are stewards of the land and need to protect and nurture it so it can continue to provide for us now and for future generations.
