Nothing says Mother's Day like a white chocolate hibiscus swirl. Except maybe calling her from two continents away which is what I'll be doing. Come by the farm to pick up your chocolate gifts at Mile 6, Southern Highway, just north of Silk Grass. They'll also be at Chillpoint Placencia - Ice Cream, Coffee & Wine Lounge and Maya Beach Hotel Bistro from Wednesday.

Let's face it. All your mom wants for Mother's Day is for you to answer her texts. And this white/hibiscus swirl chocolate which we'll have available at the farm next week. Made from the hibiscus we grow as a windbreak, combined with our exceptional white chocolate and swirled about in a top secret pattern based on the phases of the moon.
