We were honored to be part of the first Belize Blend cocoa cluster meeting at earlier this week, with the assistance of and Inter-American Development Bank We are working to bring the industry together to address climate change adaptation in Belize, market access and promotions, quality and standards and boosting exports of cocoa and chocolate. Thanks to our fellow participants and supporters: plus Hummingbird Laboratory, Ministry of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries, Toledo Cocoa Growers Association, . Customer feedback comes in all shapes and sizes. And he only took a small bite of our 70% dark chocolate with orange.........

Getting ready for the winter season, adding some Belizean rum to our nibs for a good old soak for a few weeks.

We'll also have some of our 70% rum infused dark chocolate at booth 528 at The Northwest Chocolate Festival at the Seattle Convention Center this weekend if you are in the area. Otherwise, there's stock at the farm - Mile 6, Southern Highway, Silk Grass.
