108 Sausage Company We offer a complete line of high quality Free Range Pork sausages and cuts. We looked long and hard before finding the meat that we use for our products.

All our pork is Free Ranged in large pastures, with No Antibiotics or Added Hormones, ever. For our Sausages, we only use the same cuts of meat that you would use for a roast at Sunday dinner. We do not add any extra fat or fillers and use only Proprietary blends of Herbs and Spices to create our many flavours. While developing our products and recipes, our own family was used as a moral compass.

If it was not good enough to feed our family, it was not good enough for yours. Our Dry Cured, Sugar Free Bacon is made using Extra Lean Bellies from this very same Pork. With no water being used in the curing process, there is next to no shrinkage when it is cooked. What goes into the pan is what you get back out. We attend various Farmers Markets in many areas of British Columbia to bring our products directly to the consumer.
