We carefully keep watch over your wine as it goes through the various stages of production and have implemented carefully selected additional steps to our wine making process that results in superior quality wine. This includes using double filtered water, which eliminates contaminants that can negatively affect the wine fermentation process. In turn, this cultivates proper yeast growth and protects your wine’s final flavour. By taking this added step we know that you will experience the true potential of your wine and share it confidently with family and friends.
