Our exclusively Canadian Retail 400-600g products are Blueberries (BC), Raspberries (BC), Rhubarb (BC), Cranberries (BC), Wild Blueberries & Organic Wild Blueberries (Quebec or New Brunswick) & our Perfectly Imperfect Cultivated Blueberries 1.75kg (BC).
We source all of our other fruits from a variety of countries and at the time of packaging, we print the country of origin on the bags, with the exception being fruit blends.

Light, airy, and tastes like summer 🥭

Blended mango folded into whipped cream until smooth and fluffy, then chilled until perfectly soft and scoopable.

The kind of dessert that feels a little indulgent but still fresh.

Mango Mousse

Ingredients
• 1 cup Snowcrest frozen mango chunks
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Blend
Let mango thaw slightly, then blend into a smooth puree.
(Add a little water if needed.)

Whip
Beat cream until soft peaks form.

Fold
Gently fold mango puree into whipped cream until smooth and airy.

Chill
Refrigerate 1–2 hours before serving.

Serve cold and enjoy

Slow mornings, coffee brewing, something warm in the oven 💛​ Perfect for Mother’s Day, it's a breakfast that feels a little more thoughtful.​

Soft, golden brioche soaked overnight, baked until just set, and finished with Snowcrest Berry Blend for that perfect sweet, jammy moment on top.

French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
• 1 loaf brioche bread (or 12–14 cups cubed bread)
• 6 large eggs
• 2 cups 2% milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup Snowcrest frozen berry blend
• Powdered sugar, for topping
• Maple syrup, for serving

Directions

Prep
Lightly grease a casserole dish and spread cubed bread evenly.

Mix
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Pour evenly over the bread.

Add berries
Scatter Snowcrest berries over top.

Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–50 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Finish
Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup.

The raspberries melt into the dough as they bake, creating those jammy pockets that make each bite better than the last.

Simple baking, made better with fruit straight from the freezer.

Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients
• 125g salted butter, softened
• 120g caster sugar
• 60g light brown sugar
• 1 egg (room temperature)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 230g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 40–50g Snowcrest frozen raspberries

Directions

Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.

Cream
Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).

Add wet
Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry
Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined.

Add raspberries
Fold in frozen raspberries gently (don’t thaw).

Shape
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto tray.

Bake
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centres are soft.

Cool
Let sit 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
