A tomato still warm from the summer sun. A cucumber picked fresh that morning. The kind of produce that reminds you what these foods are supposed to taste like.
Eating with the seasons is about more than filling your table. It is about slowing down, appreciating what the land is naturally providing, and choosing food that hasn't travelled thousands of kilometres to get to your plate. It is knowing where your food comes from, supporting the people who grow it, and enjoying produce grown with care, without harmful chemicals.
This time of year, the fields are full of colour, the harvest is at its best, and there has never been a better time to eat local.
