It’s fall, and that means pumpkin-flavored everything! 🎃✨ Pumpkin is low in calories, high in fibre, and packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Paired with our creamy vanilla sheep yogurt, this parfait is a perfect healthy treat for breakfast or dessert! 🍂🤎

Ingredients:
1 cup of Ovino Vanilla Yogurt
½ cup of canned pureed pumpkin (unsweetened, unflavored)
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
¾ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
½ to 1 cup of granola

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the granola to create the pumpkin yogurt mixture. Begin with a layer of the pumpkin yogurt mixture at the bottom of your glass, then alternate layers of Ovino vanilla yogurt and granola as you build up to the top. For optimal freshness, assemble just before serving!
