Have you been wanting to fill your freezer with local, grain fed, marbled beef? Looking to put quality beef on your grill this summer (or all year round)? We have you covered. Located in Agassiz we sell our meat in 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16th. Right now we are at $8.75/lb on the hanging weight for 1/2 and 1/4 and $9/lb for 1/8 and 1/16 (subject to change). We also carry offals, oxtail, knuckle and marrow bones, triple rendered tallow, raw suet, and will sell hamburger in 1 lb packs (all subject to availability).

Wow! We live in a season of crazy beef prices. We are in the middle of our first calving season so will see if we still like this idea when we are done😅
On the fattening and finishing end of our cattle operation we have had to raise our pricing to $8.75/lb on the hanging weight for 1/2 and 1/4 and $9/lb on 1/8 and 1/16. Prices subject to change.
In stock we carry (subject to availability) marrow bones, knuckle bones, liver, heart, tongue, kidney and oxtail. Looking for tallow? We have a supply of triple rendered tallow for cooking and frying with or for making lotions and creams. ($50 for a quart, $25 for a pint and $10 for a 4oz jar).
