☆☆☆☆☆☆ Positive Words from a client, thank you Victor ❤️

So, today was the 2nd time, in the last few months, that I've required the services of the Union Pump Team. 1st time, we had a bladder failure in our holding tank, on a Sunday(of course), and by 4 PM Monday, we had a new, larger holding tank installed and were up and running again.
2nd time, Thursday evening(day before long weekend), the well pump failed(37 yrs old, best guess) and I called and left a msg that evening, explaining our current predicament. By 9:15 am Friday, Kennedy called me back and told me that Brent would be along shortly, to "have a look". After he & I, struggled to get the Well Cap off, Brent quickly determined that part of the pump had indeed failed. He made arrangements to have Owen & Donavan to come out in the early afternoon. They arrived on time as promised and quickly got to work swapping out the pump. It took them JUST over an hour to get us back up and operational. The boys were happy, pleasant, engaging, fast and above all, PROFESSIONAL! To Kennedy, Brent, Owen, Donovan and the rest of the Team Union, thank you VERY much for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!
I would happily give a 6 Star rating, if there was such a thing! As someone who spent decades doing "on site, customer service", it make me very happy, to see and use, quality, local businesses!!
