AJ's Cakes [email protected] giant cupcakes, cupcakes, shape pan cakes, and custom cakes based on time limitations.

I am a stay at home mom of three little girls (4 and under). I LOVE making cakes and find it gives my creativity somewhere to go. I've been making cakes for a couple of years now and have taken a couple of courses at michaels. I'm no cake boss but dream of making cakes like his! I'm up for any challenge but with three little girls I have time limitations. cake flavors:
vanilla
chocolate
cherry chi

rainbow chip

fillings:
vanilla buttercream
chocolate buttercream
bavarian cream
strawberry mousse*
cookies n cream*
vanilla mousse*
chocolate mousse*

(all * items must be refridgerated)

prices:
Giant cupcake $35 (feeds 10-15 people)
24 cupcakes $30 (feeds 24 people)
regular shape pan cake $35 (depending on size, if it contains a large amount of black or red icing the price will go up a bit)
custom cakes are priced according to size, figurines, and time.

4 cakes in 4 days = break time :) 3 smash cakes and an engagement party cake for a friend :)

Cupcake sizes are Giant, personal, regular....my favorite are the giant one's! These feed between 12-15 people :)

Wow, it's been awhile! I'm just starting to take on some giant cupcakes! Let me know if you need one! Tiered cakes aren't really doable in my new kitchen! I'm going to try it out this weekend but for some reason I don't think it'll go well! A certain 2 year old seems to interested in my work! I went from my own cake space to sharing it :( I really need to post some pics!!

Thought I'd let everyone know that due to holidays, moving, renos and my sisters weddings it's hard to fit cakes in right now. I'm hoping by November I'll be able to easily take orders again :) I hope everyone is enjoying their summer!!!!
