Wednesday we introduce something exciting we have been working on… a new noodle dish for Alert Bay.

Alan and I know we could never make chow mien here. You have it locked down! So we decided to work on something similar but entirely different.

We present (yet to be properly named) Our take on yoyo meets, chow mien with a Candid twist..

We take fresh ramen noodles and toss them in Nicole’s soya butter sauce, with garlic, green onions, cheese and lots of love. Today you can have prawn or veggie. (Yes China Lily was used in sauce)

It’s a work in progress but we are proud and believe this is a very delicious new noodle dish that was invented here in Alert Bay!!!

We open at 3. It’s $17. We have only 38 portions available. There’s also beef dip and $8 Candid Chicken Sandwiches… etc
