2026 Syrup Season Recap:

Tapping started on Feb 14th, 2026.
The First barrel for the 2026 season was officially filled on February 29th.

The sap flow this season was a bit unpredictable with extreme temperature swings, but even with the erratic sap flow, it proved sufficient enough to produce a great yield.

Our Farm Tours ran every Saturday during production season as many visitors, family and friends came out to celebrate harvesting of the first crop of the year.

The Last boil for the season was completed on April 13th, 2026
Another successful season for our 31st year of producing quality Maple Syrup on our farm.

The Farm Store is stocked full of freshly packed Maple Syrup, open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10am- 4pm. Stop by to get your supply

Saps-a-runnin’

Great sap run last night and today, the tanks are full, boiling tonight.
Cold temperatures are expected to move in tonight to freeze sap collection for a day or two.

We’re at it again, the evaporator is fired up & another batch of maple syrup is rolling out.
Tours are running until 3pm

Production has come to a halt due to current freezing temperatures.
This is a nice break from the sap running day and night for the past week, it gives the trees a chance to recharge.

Tanks are full of sap, the evaporator will get fired up in the next hour…. Let’s make some syrup!! 🍁
