We have flank steak available at the market.

🧑‍🍳 Flank steak is best cooked quickly over high heat and sliced thinly against the grain.

A simple way to use it:

1. Marinate for 30 minutes–4 hours (soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lime/lemon, and a little honey work well).
2. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill or pan-sear over high heat, about 4–6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
4. Aim for medium-rare to medium (about 130–140°F / 54–60°C).
5. Rest 5–10 minutes.
6. Slice very thinly against the grain—this is especially important with flank steak because it can be chewy.

It’s great for tacos/fajitas, steak sandwiches, salads, stir-fries, or simply served with roasted vegetables and potatoes.
