Were back at today folks ! A few notes for this week.

* Thank you everyone for coming out to our freezer sale last week. You guys put in a good dent but we still have lots of prepared meals stocked, some sausages and a few other random cuts.

* Our annual Sausage Party with G Burger is this Sunday ! Check the stories for details.

* lots of fresh steaks back in stock but no chicken until Thursday .

* Long weekend coming up so pls let me know in advance if you need any specialty cuts, and well see what we can do.

* Steak and cheese sandwiches on feature today.

We have Mike from Aurelius Fine Oils & Balsamics coming out to Almonte to drop off some of his fine olive oils and balsamic and do a tasting. This will be a great opportunity to try some of the new oils we will be carrying at Almonte Butcher Shop Hope to see y'all there ✌️❤️🫒

Have you ever thought of working at the butchershop as a meat cutter ?

We're looking to bring on a new member to the butchershop team. This could be a part or full time position. We're hoping for someone with experience but we are also open to someone at entry level. Lots of training will be available. Any culinary background would be an asset.

Im old school so if your interested please come by the shop in person with a printed copy of your resume and we will set up an interview. We will be giving interviews over the next couple weeks and the person who we feel fits best will get the job.

Must have full time availability year round.

Honestly we really appreciate everything you guys are doing to help us out. Spreading the word, trying all the new products weve been bringing in. liking all the pictures and videos we've been posting, showing up to our events and just being all around awesome. The shop is busier and stronger then ever, and with your support we will just keep improving every day.

Also a Huge thanks as always to the amazing ppl that work here and make it all happen.

Listen, I know its 28° outside, but we made these rabbit pot pies and they are soo good ! Definitely a must grab. Save them for a rainy day. 2 types 1 with stuffing the other just packed with delicious tender rabbit. Think of chicken with a bit more flavour.✌️❤️🐇🥧

Aside from that we have lots of great prepared food ready to go in our freezer today.
