cial experience. Focusing on equine facilitated wellness and learning, our offerings include;
Workshops – A full day workshop that includes yoga, and ground exercises with horses in a beautiful country environment. Examples of workshops would be Partners of All Kinds, Sisters, Focus on Energy, Putting Things in Balance, Relax and Rejuvenate, Making Connections. Willaway Experience – ½ day program to explore being around horses, learning about horse behaviour and body language, how to groom a horse, leading a horse and learning about yourself through a horse. Yoga Horse and Tea – a 1 ½ hour treat for the mind, body and soul. A gentle warm up is followed by practicing yoga near or beside a horse. After the yoga you will be ready to enjoy a cup of tea and a delicious treat in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Mindfulness with horses- A full day workshop that allows you to experience how horses invite us to be fully present in each moment. When we accept this invitation and communicate with them clearly and with respect we can form a powerful bond. It is amazing the insights you can get from these powerful teachers.
