We had a great time last night at Ottawa Citizen Best Restaurants in support of the Ottawa Food Bank.
Chefs Amanda and Brandy created a beautiful savoury éclair with herbed squash and bonnechere mousse, tomato onion jam, tomato gel, and botanicals from our backyard garden.

North Market is hiring cooks for our location in the heart of Almonte, Ontario. We are a small, dynamic team of passionate food professionals and need to fill some spots on our kitchen roster. Under the guidance of chef Amanda, our cooks work directly with produce from our onsite gardens, farm partners and local purveyors to create inventive menus focused on fresh, ultra seasonal dishes. Our team is encouraged to bring ideas to the table while collaborating with each other to execute each plate at its fullest potential. We offer competitive wages and a split tip share throughout the restaurant. We’re excited to bring some new talent on board and would love to hear from you.

It’s that time of year again! Oktoberfest returns to North Market and this year we’re celebrating on the last weekend of the famous German festival - October 1st, 2nd and 3rd. All of our classic dishes will be there as well as a healthy craft b**r list featuring German styles from some of our favourite Ontario breweries, German wines and, as always, that signature NM charm.🙃

Reservations are highly recommended and can be secured by giving us a ring at 613 897 2676. Walk-in’s always welcome if you feel like living on the edge.
