Meet Shane, our Lely Service Manager at Agritech and one of the biggest reasons our service team runs as smoothly as it does.
Shane is the guy who keeps the team together. No matter the time of day, he is always there to help. Whether it’s troubleshooting during regular hours or answering a call at 2am, Shane is someone both our team and our customers can count on.
He holds the highest level of technical training that Lely offers: Product Specialist certification. His knowledge, dedication, and problem-solving skills are second to none, and he is constantly supporting our technicians and customers alike.
Beyond the technical side, Shane brings a great sense of humour and keeps the atmosphere around the office light and positive. He is the kind of leader who works hard, supports everyone around him, and still finds a way to keep people laughing along the way.
We are incredibly lucky to have Shane leading our Lely service team. Thanks for everything you do, Shane!
