We celebrated Darrin birthday over the weekend the best way we know how: cooking a beautiful Ryan Pearson tri-tip over the fire seasoned with Malvado Marinade

If your beef cheeks don’t fall apart like THIS… keep cooking them 🔥🥩

BBQ BRAISED BEEF CHEEKS 👇

1️⃣ Layer One + One Rub
2️⃣ Sear on Kamado Joe
3️⃣ Add onion, carrots, celery, zucchini & garlic
4️⃣ Hit it with Sweet Heat
5️⃣ Taste-test the w**e 🍷😂 then pour it in
6️⃣ Add beef stock, thyme, oregano and bay leaves
7️⃣ Braise low & slow for about 5hours
8️⃣ Strain the liquid, reduce & finish with butter
9️⃣ Serve over creamy mash and drown it in that gravy 🤤
