Prepared daily from semolina and eggs, our pastas come in over 20 varieties, including specialties from all regions of Italy. Our selection includes classics such as spaghetti, fettucini and linguini, plus stuffed pastas such as ravioli, tortel

lini, cappelletti, fazzoletti, medaglioni, and seafood angelotti. Pastafresca also offers six homemade sauces made on the spot each morning. Our Neapolitan, Bolognese, Gigi and Cardinale sauces, to name but a few, are ready to serve and need only to be warmed up. Our assortment of frozen meals combines the benefits of home cooking with the ease of take-out; microwaveable, they are perfect when unexpected visitors call. Be sure to try our eggplant parmigiana, our house specialty made according to the original recipe our Nonna brought to Canada more than 50 years ago.
