Hi! I know we are a bit late into the season, but wanted to introduce ourselves as your hosts at chantelle webb and Moss Cottage 👋

Gary, who decided one day to make the trip from Surrey, BC to the Annapolis Valley, is the dreamer, the builder, the fixer and the all systems go guy!
He can build anything, including our home and his inspiration for Moss was to have a place in nature that made you feel a part of the forest with the big windows and covered porch and the boardwalk to the washroom where you can shower under the canopy of the trees.
He loves noticing the little things and never fails to point out the mushrooms or the worm houses on the trail, a cool cloud formation or a rock shaped liked Africa or a tree growing out of an impossible place.
His creativity and ingenuity find a home in all our projects around the farm and if you see him, please stop in and ask questions.

Chantelle, that's me, is a come back from away, a Maritimer at heart, born in New Brunswick but a military brat who finally settled down in Round Hill and has called the Valley home for almost 20 years!
As a teen, my favourite thing to do after school was watch TLC's Great Country Inns and picture myself, not as a guest but as the owner of one of these beautiful hotels, providing an amazing escape for guests. I graduated from Hotel and Restaurant Management in Ontario and moved back home, working in small bed and breakfasts and eventually restaurants and cafes before going back to school to train as a Pastry Chef and opening my first bakery.
Many cafes, farm market stalls and a restaurant later, we now own a brewery and restaurant, Lunn's Mill with our partners, and work our little garlic patch and farm stay cottage as a retirement dream.

We hope you come visit, let us tell you all about our amazing area and what we have to offer from restaurants to beaches, waterfalls to explore to historic places. If you are looking to just reconnect to nature and chill, sit out on thw porch and listen to the birds, nap, snack, repeat.
