The farm is a work in progress figuring out what to focus on and what there is a demand for. I work with a few suppliers and farms across the country to source rarer or harder to find plants at reasonable prices. s for anyone purchasing beef the cost will be lower when buying a side or quarter while maintaining a quality product. The garden aspect has been more of a challenge for various reasons but I now have a focus for that. I will be turning a 1 acre field into garlic, strawberries and 4 colours of raspberries, mainly, with a few other fun things for something different. I hope to have a greenhouse but that wont happen for awhile. If you have something unusual that you cant find or cant grow...let me know and I will either try to get it in or attempt to grow it...cant promise I will but I can try :) Traci
