Wood-Fire Oven Workshop Weekend Join Derek Lucchese of Both Hands Bread during his first ever Maritime workshop!!

This will be a hands on workshop where you will learn how to construct your own wood-fired brick oven for inside/outside your residence or restaurant! The workshop will take place in Antigonish over a 4 day period:

Registration includes lunch for all participants and all necessary supplies and equipment. Join us in creating the green
