Don't forget to order your meats for Thanksgiving!

If using meat for on the side as a guideline we recommend 1/2 pound of meat per person. If you have hearty eaters you can increase that amount.

When using meat for on a bun as a guideline we recommend 1/3 pound of meat per hamburger size bun or 3 buns per pound of meat. You can calculate how much meat you'll need based on how many buns per person (1 bun, 1.5 buns, 2 buns). For example, if you have 20 people and wanted 1.5 buns per person you will need 10 pounds of meat and that would make around 30 buns.
