We spent the day collaring the cow herd with Gallagher e-shepherd virtual fence collars. Ideally we’ll be able to manage our pastures better, limit access to riparian areas, improve soil/plant health and overall be better stewards of the land and resources. Going to be a learning process for the cattle and us. The technology is amazing!

They’re back in stock! Pasture raised chickens are in the freezer. We currently have birds between 4-7 lbs available. We raise our birds different; no gmo food, outside all summer and grown slowly on grass. Is this the “right” way to raise them? No, it’s just how we do it and it works for us.
