Happy new year from all of us at Poplar Hill Farm!! We have had a relaxing winter break, spent mostly digging animals out of the snow lol.
If anyone is needing eggs we have plenty of full cartons to spare, just send us a message to pick up!

We also got some brand new alpaca socks in that I haven't even had a chance to list yet, and they're THE BEST. They're fluffy thermal socks, 100% Canadian grown and made, with the help of our ladies. So warm, so fluffy. They're keeping my feet warm while out digging the alpaca girls out of the snow, so it feels like they are contributing and not just straight judging me lol.They're $45/pair, let use know if you'd like to pick up a pair.

We have some extra full cartons available this week! Available for local pick up at our farm in Ardrossan.

Our big hens are all moulting and have taken a break from laying, but our little hens who hatched this year are in full laying mode. They're smaller chickens who give smaller eggs, so we've tossed them into 18 packs and have discounted them. They're beautiful, delicious eggs!

Our turkey hens, Pancake and Timothina, have also decided it's an appropriate time to start laying (usually they only lay in the spring in hopes of a clutch of babies) so we have some turkey eggs to share. They're so good. They're larger than chicken eggs and a little more nutrient dense.
