LOCATION: CHARLES FOREST CO-OP

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Meat Manager is responsible for the attainment of departmental operating results. As such you will be supervising and coordinating all activities of department staff.

Meeting budgets, maintaining a working inventory, ability to cut meat ,bringing in new product and ideas, enforcing and practicing food safety protocol and guiding staff is of utmost importance.

This position requires a reliable, flexible, dedicated individual who will work their department to get the results required to be successful.

This position is full time, with benefits and a pension plan available after a successful 3 month probation period. Experience would be an asset for this position but an individual who is enthusiastic and ambitious would qualify for training. The starting wage is competitive and reliant on experience. In store training can be offered.
