Gambrinus Chit Malt is lightly modified and kilned to a low color, retaining the high molecular weight proteins that positively impact beer foam, body, and haze without influencing beer color.

Use it at up to 10% in traditional lagers, hazy IPA, or any style where you’d like to boost head and body; higher percentages can be helpful when brewing low-ABV and NA beers.
