Hello, I'm enjoying the summer but looking forward to making the Carob Bars in early October. I'm heading to Australia for a few weeks at the end of August. I do have a few bars for sale and some carob chips. My carob chocolate bar making season is from Sept/Oct -April. I do have the Carob powders all year long for use in baking or your favurite recipes. I will share my favourite carob recipes coming soon!

I'll be at Home Hardware parking lot Market with Okanagan Vendor Collective Sunday May 17th from 11-3. I am in the Ok Valley Freeze Dried Tent. I have my ChocoNot brand Carob Chocolate Bars I make. No caffeine, no sugar, no dairy. I also have my new packaging now all ready to go and hope to see you there.
