Bumpky’s Bingsu is an idea we had to share a delicious and refreshing treat with the Ottawa Valley. Traditionally made with shaved ice and topped with fruits or sweets, it has evolved into its modern version of snow-like shaved milk topped with everything from fruits to cookies. We chose Bumpky’s because it’s a nickname we had for our son, a combination of Buddy + Pumpkin and growing up in South K
orea, he loved this treat during the summer months. We opened last year with our good friends at Cartwright Springs Brewery in Pakenham and are now mobile throughout Eastern Ontario! We will be set up at least twice at month at the brewery still, so pay attention to our calendar and postings. Cartwright Springs provides a tranquil and relaxing setting to sit back and enjoy a cool treat. Nestled in the forest and hillside near Pakenham, it has 77 acres of amazing hiking and views, relaxing chairs next to firepits, a beach volleyball court, outdoor kitchen, camping and of course, the best craft beer around!
