Halladay Maple Local producer of the finest Maple Syrup, Maple Butter, Maple Candy and confectionary. We have been making syrup and confectionary for about 23 years.

We started small and have steadily increased our customer base. We do 1 festival a year, being the Delta Maple Syrup Festival in April

Early morning boil #2 this morning. Vacuum is king in a sugarbush operation. Lack of low temps at night playing havoc with sap run.

And so it begins. First RO session for 2026. Have about 1100 gallons to process and then on to boiling tomorrow.

Sap has been trickling in the last few days, we hope it picks up a bit and we get some really heavy sap flows.

Off to see Journey in Ottawa tonight, then back at it.
