My first maibock (helles bock) is all carbed up and ready for consumption. I'm very happy with how it turned out and I'm planning to make this a regular recipe to brew each year. It's very malt forward and cleared up nicely in the keg.

There's a new hazy on tap I have dubbed "Superdelic-ious and Krush-able". This was an opportunity to test out a new hop in one of my existing base recipes. It's a banger. Definitely brewing this one again at some point. My only complaint is that it was only a 2.5gal batch.

My annual batch of "May The Schwarz Bier With You" is back on tap and cleaner than ever (thanks to some unplanned but necessary over-pitching). This one lagered for about 8 weeks. It's a very crushable dark lager that may be the best version I've brewed so far. Hopefully the keg lasts long enough to bottle some off...
