A little about me...
Since I can remember, as far back as a child, I have absolutely loved anything to do with Caramel!!
While everyone was a chocolate lover, me (the odd ball) was always in search of anything that had Caramel in involved, one way or another...
I never really enjoyed any kind of chocolate bars also, unless there was Caramel in the picture.
As I got older and wiser, my taste buds still went crazy for Caramel, and I was still not so crazy about chocolate.
I will even confess as an adult, going into the grocery store, only to notice a bottle of caramel on the shelf next to the ice cream cones - well to say I was eager & excited is definitely an understatement..
I couldn’t wait to get that bottle home with me!
Once home, (and not worrying about looking like a glutton) along with all of my anticipation, I quickly ripped of all the plastic that sealed that bottle, then finally, the great relief came right after I grabbed the bottle, tilted my head back and started to squeeze that bottle so hard, just like I was squeezing the last bit of toothpaste!
But to my surprise and squeezing far too hard, I was pretty much gagging on an overload of Caramel distributing it's-self down my throat, as well as seeping out of the corners of my mouth!
(glad I was alone😬🤣)
And of course squeezing the bottle like I did, was completely unnecessary, especially since that Caramel was light & flowing through that bottle at high speed, so it definitely did not need all my woman-power, and excited aggression, that apparently I had given.
Well regardless of the amount of Caramel in my mouth, & it seeping out of the corners of my mouth, I must shamefully admit that I enjoyed every second of that experience, and it was something that I continued to do throughout my life💯🤣
Then came the sadness, the time when the grocery store Caramel just didn't do its job any longer...😭
I was no longer satisfied, and even the taste just didn't seem to taste like it once did.
But there was no way that I could just give up on something my body required...oh forget it, it was me, I required it, and now what was I going to do?🤔
Well I made it a point to purchase any new bottles of Caramel whenever I spotted them, but to my disappointment, none of them were ever able to satisfy this girls needs, as I was the Caramel queen, and this queen hit a full out dead end!🥺
But to my surprise something crazy took place, & my brain went to work for me, informing me that since I was always a great baker & cook that I could easily create my own Caramel sauce, and that I could even create it to taste exactly like I needed it to taste. 😉
So this is exactly what I did, and I was beyond determined to make the best darn Caramel sauce that one would ever taste, but more importantly, the best Caramel sauce, that I had ever tasted, as at that time this was being made solely for my benefit, and selling it to others was never even a thought, until I continued to make it for some time, and every single batch was absolutely insane as it was made to perfection...I would had never imagined that there would come a time in my life that I would actually be in shock of what I had once consumed, while throughly enjoying that runny Caramel that quite frankly did not even taste like Caramel.
Even the prices considering all the downfalls were/are far too high!
I had now become famous for my Caramel, by everyone that tried it, and this is when I decided to sell large & smaller bottles, as some were asking to buy this satisfaction in a bottle as gifts.
And my Caramel became a hit with everyone that received a bottle...but, not only my Caramel, as I had also felt that I needed to create something that would satisfy the needs of all the chocolate lovers out there, and so I did, & I must say that this chocolate sauce was unlike any I had ever tasted.
My Caramel sauce is not a runny Caramel like you get in the grocery store, it is rich & thick, that you do not have to worry about it seeping out of the corners of your mouth, as it has the perfect amount of sweetness, with the real taste of Caramel, then blended with the perfect amount of sea-salt combined - then added my fabulous salty Caramel sauce to to my homemade chocolate sauce!
So we are talking about this splendid Caramel, (mixed together with all that delicious Caramel) into my homemade chocolate sauce, which then makes the chocolate sauce taste just like some kind of crazy awesome chocolate bar!😘
