Here at Kloster's, we cut it the way you like it. We offer quality antibiotic and hormone-free meats. We only deal with small local farms that raise it's animals humanely. We carry a large variety of in-store cooked items, homemade sausages, unique grocery items, barbecue sauces and rubs.

Kloster’s Butcher Shop will be closed from Sunday, June 28 to Wednesday, July 1, 2026 so our team can enjoy the long weekend.

Grass fed bison is back in action! We have ribeye steaks , ground bison and bison burgers all available! Our bison is 100% bred and raised Canadian without the use of hormones and antibiotics. You can taste the quality you are getting and the hard work that has gone into raising these magnificent animals with sustainable farming practices in place.
