Harvest has a way of exposing the parts you meant to replace.

Before the combines start rolling, take a few minutes to inspect your concaves. Worn crossbars, excessive wear, and poor threshing performance are all signs it may be time for an upgrade.

The best time to replace a worn concave is before it costs you time in the field.
