Our Windamere family had a great week for our first week Angelstone Events. A few new partnerships and cold weather brought on great results.
"Kentuky Z"and Megan Murray champion amateur owners 3'
"Czar W" Emma Kestle champion amateur owners 3'6"
"Dolchevita"and Aerin Mulhern champion .90m
"Overly Dramatic" and Lauren Widmeyer champion .75m
"Centrefold PF" and Kenzie Lee stepped up to the children's hunters with some great scores and an under saddle ribbon
"Diarada of Picobello Z" and Meredith Kitchen are a new partnership with a ribbon in the 1.0m
"Cointreau Van Vellare Z" and Adrien Mulhern had some great rounds in 1.15m and 1.20 m and is ready to step up again this week.
We are really proud of this team of riders and looking forward to the rest of the summer and can't wait for the rest of the Windamere team to show in June. (You were all right for waiting for warmer weather). On to week 2.

Windamere Equestrian Centre said good bye today to 2 wonderful school ponies that have been retired for years. Trigger who was 32 and Terry that was 36. Both lived a wonderful retirement life with stalls at night in the winter and full time turn out in the summer. But their quality of life wasn't very good anymore. They had no teeth and couldn't keep weight on. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is the right thing. It's been quite the week for our family. Thank you to everyone that groomed them throughout the years and to Manning Equine for their compassion and gentle exiting from the world and Ironhart Enterprises for the compassionate removal.
