We launched yesterday. Today, we go back to the basics.

*What is breast cancer?*

Breast cancer occurs when abnormal cells in the breast grow uncontrollably and may spread to other parts of the body.

Understanding the facts is where action begins.

*Awareness is the beginning. Action is the goal.*

can you comfortably tie your shoe lace?

Big men with pot belly are not enjoying life. They’re inflamed.
Don’t envy them. Pity them.

Because that round stomach?
It’s not “evidence of enjoyment.”
It’s a swollen liver.
It’s insulin resistance.
It’s silent heart stress.
It’s future dialysis in disguise.

But society will clap.
Call them “chairman.”
Serve them extra meat.
And give them red w**e on top, like the liver isn’t already crying.

Let’s be clear:

A protruding belly in a grown man is not a trophy.

It’s a red flag.

It’s the body screaming, “I’m tired. I’m storing fat in places I shouldn’t.”

Visceral fat is not your friend. It wraps around your organs and chokes them slowly.

So no — don’t copy them.

Don’t aspire to be the man that can’t tie his shoelace.

Don’t let status deceive you into sickness.

The real big man is the one whose waistline isn’t plotting his obituary.

Check your blood sugar.
Fix your food.
Walk like your life depends on it, because it does.

And don’t forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan. Prevention is cheaper than emergency. Share this with your “oga” before he becomes a statistic.
