To address all concerned... We would be OPEN & OPERATING if the Municipality of Highlands East would allow Food Service again at this location like it has for over 30yrs!
Apparently despite Applying Again, jumping through hoops, following all rules, exceeding expectations, passing all Inspections, depleting my savings financially & physically while struggling to survive during the pandemic as a hardworking, home owner, tax paying, mother of 3 children here in Food Tourism they are still Wasting more than 2yrs of time & money. In order to open this location with the owner of the property and myself as a small local food business owner solely working and living in Highlands East, Haliburton County while creating jobs for many. The lack of Current and Past By Law Communication from season to season has failed us all. No more he said she said!

Thank you to everyone in and around our area for the support! The amount of emails, personal msgs, texts and most importantly the face to face interactions daily in our community wanting to see my business back in Wilberforce is so overwhelming. I pray with the Support all those that offer, we will be able to Open for Mid July-Nov. 2022 then move forward to be Allseasons.
