Anyway… I made chili crisp. Here’s what you’ll need:

1 L avocado oil
1 whole bulb garlic, peeled & thinly sliced
8 shallots, peeled & thinly sliced
1 cup chili flakes
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Heat oil to 300F. In batches, add garlic and fry until just golden. Remove and set aside. Add shallots & fry until golden & crispy. Remove and set aside.

In a heat proof bowl, add chili flakes, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, garlic & shallots. Carefully pour hot oil over top and stir to combine. Once slightly cooled, stir in soya sauce, vinegar & honey. Cool completely and transfer to jars.

The easiest steak fajitas 😮‍💨 Here’s what you’ll need:

1 kg flank steak
Marinade:
1/4 cup avocado oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp coarse salt
2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp each granulated garlic, onion, chili flakes

Mix marinade and completely coat both side of the flank steak. Cover with plastic wrap and leave the marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Grill at 450F for 6-8 minutes each side. (Internal temp 135F for medium rare. 140F to 145F for medium). Remove and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing making sure to slice against the grain.

Put your $8 away because girl, it’s not worth it 😉 Simple iced latte for the at home baristas… topped with a little dalgona for the extra caffeine boost.

1/2 cup milk of choice over ice
3 shots espresso
Spoonful of dalgona
Optional: syrup of choice
