With the 8th Annual Next Step Bull Sale in the books & it being our first time taking bulls to town. We just want to say how incredibly grateful we are.
Thank you to all the bidders & buyers and everyone who packed the auction mart to support the sale. We’re also thankful to Thorsby Stockyards Inc. for hosting, the entire Transcon Livestock Corp. team for all your hard work put in! Thank you to our auctioneer Don Oberg as well as Robert Lind & Darren Paget for working ringside and helping make the sale such a success. Also a big thank you to all the other consigners for welcoming us into the sale and for being so helpful to the new kids on the block!
Proud, grateful, and thankful are just a few of the things we felt Thursday!
When we first took the leap into the Fullblood cattle industry, we had no idea where it would lead us. Over the years we’ve poured countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears into building our program into what it is today.
This past week marked another big milestone for us being part of our very first bull sale, and what an incredible experience it was. We are so thankful to everyone who put their trust in our program it truly means more than you know.
We’re grateful for this industry for the opportunities, the community, and the life it allows us to give our girls. Being a farm kid comes with experiences that many never get the chance to have, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
We’re proud that this is the life we’ve chosen for our girls, and we hope one day they grow to love it as much as we do… and maybe even want to be farmers just like us!
