Some smoked peameal bacon sandwiches to kick off the weekend! Smoked this low and slow and the peameal was nearly fall apart and super juicy. Forgot to take a pic of the assembled sandwich, I was just to excited to eat it lol.

Some awesome chicken. One in seasoning, one with pineapple under the skin and on top, and one with some .. it sure is hot!

Small crew this year so we didn’t go crazy with the snacks. Only thing on the BBQ were these Buffalo chicken ranch sliders. Topped with and covered in garlic butter. 🍔
