We've loaded it up one last time for you! We are open short hours today (Sunday) until 2:00. Come see us for your last minute needs, we've got pretty much a little bit of everything left except whole turkeys and turkey breast!

Happy Saturday! Thanksgiving weekend is here and we are loaded up with great stuff again for you. We are out of whole turkeys but we do have a small selection of stuffed turkey roasts, bone-in and boneless hams, lamb, prime ribs, tomahawks, capons, duck breast, Tamshire pork chops, porchetta, and lots more.

The kitchen has been busy this week preparing sides for your Thanksgiving meal, stuffing, gravy, cranberry + roasted apple sauce, bacon + chive scalloped potatoes, roasted veggies- everything you need for a spectacular family meal, let us do the work!

We still have some pumpkin cheesecake and caramel apple tarts from Mix Bakery - Grazing, Catering & Desserts and garlic thyme dinner rolls from HOMESTEAD BAKERY & CAFE- in limited quantities so make sure you grab them today to avoid disappointment tomorrow!

We are open from 9:30-6:00 today (Saturday) and 10:30-2:00 tomorrow (Sunday).

Steak + cheese sandwich and double smash burger on the menu if you need lunch while you pick up dinner!

Thanksgiving is just a couple days away and we are absolutely loaded up with top class meat and prepared foods for you! We have 2 turkeys left- if you need a turkey or a stuffed turkey roast you should call us this morning!

Lots of lamb, hams, prime ribs, heritage pork roasts, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, you name it- we'll see you soon!

Here's our hours over the holiday weekend! Regular hours throughout except Sunday we are closing early, at 2:00. Regular hours resume on Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

Happy Saturday! We've got a great spread today, with some fall weather roasting and braising options coming out along with classic grilling staples. Chicken Kiev, lemongrass chicken lollipops, gorgeous pork chops from Perth Pork Products, Ontario lamb roasts from Forsyth Farms, veal rib chops, English cut short ribs, Denver steaks, chicken cordon bleu, tri-tips, picanha, tomahawks, t-bones, orange + IPA sausages, pineapple pepper sausage made with Tamshire pork, sweet pickled gammon hams, and lots more from the butchers!

Poblano cheddar cornbread, sausage rolls with rapini + guanciale, pork ribs in maple ancho BBQ sauce, lemon brined chicken salad, bucatini with rapini + sausage, butternut squash soup, chicken cacciatore, among many great options from the kitchen.

Still running the Montreal smoked meat sandwich alongside the steak + cheese and double smash burger, so come see us for lunch!

A mighty fine meat counter for a sunny Saturday morning! Pork tenderloin wrapped in caul fat with apple and bread stuffing, chicken breast stuffed with cheddar and cream cheese wrapped in pancetta, porchetta style pork shoulder, dry aged t-bones, thick marbled braising short ribs, tri-tips, hanger steak, lamb kafta sausage stuffed in lamb casings, truffle + mushroom sausage, Tamshire pork chops and tons more from the butchers.

Handmade vegetable samosas, kale + almond salad with currants, grilled rapini with roasted garlic, apple strawberry pies, butternut squash soup, bacon + chive scalloped potatoes, chicken and steak pies, a great spread from the kitchen this week!

A few new provisions around- quail eggs, double smoked bacon, spicy soppressatta- make sure you take a peek around and give some of these cool new items a shot!

Still running a beef trifecta for lunch- steak + cheese, double smash burger, and the Montreal smoked meat. It's a beautiful day, we'll see you soon!

Beef bacon, jalapeno + cheese curds sausages on the docket today! Fresh tray hitting the case this morning, get em before they fly out the door! Hearty beefy goodness with smokey bacon, tangy pickled jalapenos and stretchy mozzarella curds. Yum!
