The wait is over — Ontario asparagus season is finally here!

There’s nothing like those first crisp, green stalks to kick off spring on your plate. Whether you’re grilling, roasting, or tossing them into a fresh salad, now’s the time to eat local and celebrate the season.

Grab a bunch at your local on-farm market and taste the freshness of Ontario fields!
