Let’s talk about it.

It’s something that we hear a lot, that the market is more expensive than the grocery store. While yes, sometimes it can be, you might actually be suprised at what you can find at the market for less.

Value looks different to different people. We’re not looking to shame anyone for shopping at a grocery store- never! A lot of grocery stores are very good about sourcing from Ontario farmers. But if local and fresh is what you’re looking for, you cannot beat the market.

When you’re shopping for food, what sort of things make up value to you? (Price, freshness, colour, flavour, knowing the farmer, organic/spray free, atmosphere, etc.)
