Heat & Eat is all about helping families, seniors, caregivers, singles and so many others reduce stress and feel more comfort by enjoying our delicious, hearty soups, stews and pastas. I grew up here in Barrie, went to Warnica PS and Barrie Central. I was a "band geek" playing the clarinet and loved it! I have had a great and varied career but now have pivoted to only the things I love to do. Cook
