Great news !!! Bayfield Maple will be setting up a tasting bar and pop-up shop at Shopbike this weekend ,Saturday April 4th 10 am-1pm .
We will have all sizes of syrup for sale at our farm gate prices . Sample our 2026 syrup while wait for your brew ! Fresh Local maple makes the perfect gift when visiting family this holiday weekend .

Bourbon Barrel aged syrup is back in stock !! If you haven’t tried it yet you should! It is our very dark syrup aged in a bourbon barrel for six months ,then it’s filtered and bottled in 3 sizes 250ml,500ml,and 1 litre .

After school today we tapped the trees around the shanty , it’s running pretty good they will be full in the morning .We will be boiling tomorrow if you want a sample and a tour ! There are all sizes to purchase along with the Bourbon Barrel syrup too ! Thanks to for helping today !!

We had a great start to our season yesterday with a 6 hour boil 🥰 I brought home this little sample. The early syrup is really good for making your own maple Sugar . It is so delicious. But everyone has their favourite. If you are interested in the first run we will be canning some tomorrow in 1, 2 and 4 litres plastic. Give us a shout ! We deliver in and around Bayfield and there will be some at the shanty . We take E-transfer,Debit Credit ,or cash .

We have been busy this week !! Tapped both bushes Tuesday and Wednesday and started collecting Thursday . Planning our first boil later today ! ! We are excited to get going !
