Big day at Goose & Gander Brewhouse!

The brewery is officially up and running, and our team is hard at work crafting the first beers that will be poured right here at Goose & Gander.

After plenty of planning and preparation, seeing our first brew day come to life is a pretty special moment. We’re excited to bring fresh, house-brewed beer to the restaurant when we open our doors in June.

Goose & Gander Brewhouse is hiring!

We’re a new brewpub opening in Bayfield, Ontario in early June, and we’re looking for great people to help bring Goose & Gander to life.

Rooted in quality, hospitality, and community, Goose & Gander will offer elevated pub fare, craft beer, and a warm, timeless atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

Positions Available:

• Bartender
1–2 positions available | Full-Time or Part-Time
Our bar features 18 seats. Previous bartending experience is required.

• Host / Busser
4–5 positions available | Full-Time or Part-Time
A perfect seasonal opportunity for students looking to gain hospitality experience in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

• Line Cook
2 full time positions available
Very competitive base wage offered based on previous experience.

We politely disagree. 🇮🇪✨

Our authentically Irish-inspired bar is taking shape as we speak. Currently in her “pre-sanding and staining” era, but already dripping in charm.

Soon enough, she’ll be polished, pints will be poured, and the kind of stories that only happen around a good bar will begin.
